Returns and Exchanges
At marmorino.nl, we strive to provide you with the highest quality paint and painting supplies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please keep in mind that when you choose a color from a screen, it often appears differently in reality. Due to the display settings, colors are displayed differently on every screen.
Please see our returns policy below for reference:
1. Return white materials
You can return white paint and white painting supplies within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in saleable condition.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.
2. Non-returnable items
Custom-made paints and tinted products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for paint or materials painted in a specific color, such as mixed paint.
3. Return process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Clearly label the packaging with the RA number provided.
Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund process
Refunds are processed through your original payment method.
It may take up to five business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product in white or other quantities are possible, subject to availability.
Any price differences for exchanges will be handled accordingly.
6. Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@marmorino.nl/0645335334 to arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria or if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
